Hi, I'm Camilla
I’m the founder of fifty50 Coaching and a performance coach.
I work with ambitious professionals who are capable, trusted and doing well in their careers, but can’t seem to properly switch off when the day ends.
Before this, I worked in high-pressure corporate environments myself. Long hours, constant responsibility, and a brain that never really left work. From the outside, I was performing. Behind the scenes, I was mentally always “on”.
That experience led me to study behaviour change, neuroscience and performance psychology, not to help people work less, but to help them work well without carrying work in their head all evening.
Today, I support leaders, specialists, and founders in improving focus, decision-making, and sustainable performance under pressure.
I’m an ICF-accredited coach, and my work is used inside organisations across finance, tech and science sectors.
